Here are some of the films I have scored as well as other projects where my music has been used.
Marvin Hamlisch Composer's Competition
This was a film I scored as part of the 2015 Marvin Hamlisch Film Scoring Competition. It was a great competition and I had a lot of fun taking part in it. I would recommend joining in in future as no matter the outcome, you will get feedback and a film with your music on that you can add to your non-commercial showreel.

Lego Gardening
This is a short LEGO stop-motion video created by MICHAELHICKOXFilms. As with every project, I tried to create something musically original that follows the actions on screen. Certain moments in this video are also emphasized with crescendos or trumpet blasts.
Lego Movie Theater
For this short Lego stop motion, I created more theatrical music than I had previously made for this Lego world. The intention behind that was to match the subject of the video. The music in this film is intended to signify the film that is being watched, as well as to match what you are watching too!
Spy vs. Spy: The Loot Crate
This is a short promotional video for Loot Crate, created by MICHAELHICKOXFilms. For this video, I created two subtle themes for the two characters (as well as a small one for the actual box). With my music, I also tried to accentuate the sneakiness and intrigue that surrounds the characters.
"Tim and Ralph" - Season 1
This is an animated Lego stop motion series created by MICHAELHICKOXFilms. I composed original music for all 5 episodes (as well as music for the promotional video). Each video has its own unique score which I have timed purposely to fit against the visuals. I kept all music for the series similar, so that it all ties in, and centred most of the themes around the piano.
Lego Treasure Hunt
'A discovered treasure map leads three friends on a short adventure. "X" marks the spot, but what could it be?'
I worked with popular YouTuber, and stop-motion animator, MICHAELHICKOXFilms to create music for a video of his. For this film, I composed three seperate themes which were edited by him to fit the video.

This short film is made in the style of a classic film-noir, and stars Phil Rankin, and our friend Charlie Perks. I made an original score that was dark, moody, and with some slow jazz elements, for this film.
Fleet Air Arm Museum, Yeovilton - Corporate Video
At the time of writing, this video is currently on show in the Fleet Air Arm Museum.
This is a short informational video for visitors at the museum, made by a team of three.
I made original music for this video, and also edited this video.
All In a Night's Work
This is a short video I edited together over an original piece of music I had written before. This film was made for Yeovil Street Pastors and partly shows the work they do in one night of work.
Diving: A Different World
This is a documentary I made with my friend at college. We did everything ourselves and I composed original music for the video. This was my first proper score for a video, and for this I used Sibelius.
Ambition - BFI Film Academy
This was a short film created during a BFI Film Academy week. It shows that anyone can do something if they put their mind to it. I composed a simple theme for this film on limited time and technology.
Starting Points - BFI Film Academy
This was a short film created during a BFI Film Academy week. It explores the relationship between a father and son as they discuss and help each other with relationships.
Chung Li Chronicles - Episode 2 - 'New Leaf'
This is the second episode of my friends' internet series. Whilst Chung cleans the restaurant, he is visited by none other than Colonel Tyran.
Chung Li Chronicles - Episode 1 - 'Sensei in Charge'
This is the first episode of my friends' internet series. Chung leaves Sensei in charge of the restaurant, resulting in a lust for power. The soundtrack for this is also available on iTunes (as well as many other online stores).
Lego Chung Li The Movie - Trailer
This was made using an online editor of the Lego Movie trailer, where you could change the character and the titles. This version was made by the same creator who made Chung Li Chronicles, and my music was used to good dramatic effect.
Dog vs Dwarf
This short film was something I made myself in my own back garden during a day of free time and creativity. I made a plodding/happy score to match the story and also create some ironic comedy - as it is not a serious film.
